My Designations

My goal is to create a detailed financial plan to help clients achieve their financial goals-whether it’s a dream retirement, big purchase, college funding or philanthropic wishes. The following designations have provided me with….

CFP®

Certified Financial Planner (CFP®): to uphold standards of competency and ethics for financial planners who are committed to CFP Board of Standards to putting their clients' best interests first.

I often serve multiple generations of a family. Baird’s state of the art technology, including Holisitplan and Money Guide Pro, allow me to deliver a customized financial plan in an easy-to-understand format. We monitor progress during the annual review meeting and provide a digital copy through our 360-wealth platform.

ADPA®

Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA®) has specialized training to help unmarried partners, such as LGBTQ couples, ensure that the interests of both partners are protected in the event the partnership ends in death or divorce.

I am an expert in the unique planning nuances for domestic partners who have opted not to legally married for a variety of reasons. This has become a growing trend, especially for individuals who have already been divorced or widowed. This includes estate, social security and retirement planning.

CDFA®

Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) The role of a CDFA® professional is to address the special financial issues of divorce with data to help achieve equitable settlements.

My role is to assist the attorney and clients navigate the financial implications of divorce. Many lawyers struggle with the intricate financial details that concern tax issues, CRA rulings, capital gains, dividing pensions, and so on. Lawyers attend law school to become experts in the law, not to become financial experts.  For many clients, divorce is the largest financial transaction of their lives.
